- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, crumbled
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- buttered corn flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes.
- Turn into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with corn flakes.
- Bake at 350° until potatoes are done.
- Serves 10 to 12.
