Ingredients
- 2 c. LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
- red pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, layer the following.
- On the bottom, tear lettuce into bite sizes.
- Pour peas, then layer celery and 1/2 cup onion.
- Spread mayonnaise to cover like icing.
- Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper.
- Repeat the layers once more.
- Cover and refrigerate. Serves 10 to 12.
