Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Jack Daniels
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Heat whiskey and sugar in small saucepan.
- Add water, juice and cornstarch to large cup and blend.
- Stir into whiskey mix. Add spice; stir.
- Cook on low, stirring frequently, until slightly thick and dark in color, 10 to 20 minutes.
- Pour over hot pudding.
