Ingredients
- 16 large sweet peppers (red and green)
- 11 large onions
- 12 or more hot peppers
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. pickling vinegar (Spears)
- 2 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Grind all and mix.
- (Drain liquid from onion and peppers.)
- Mix sugar and spices.
- Cook 20 to 30 minutes or to desired thickness.
