Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 c. broken pecans
Method
- Beat egg whites well.
- Add brown sugar very slowly.
- Beat until it holds high peaks.
- Fold in broken pecans.
- Drop on greased cookie sheet by tablespoonful.
- Bake in 250° preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
