Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Mix altogether except pecans.
- Add pecans last.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Reduce heat to 325° when you put pie in.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
