Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain well.
- Place in large bowl.
- Combine butter and whipping cream in small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until butter melts.
- Stir in cheese, pepper and parsley.
- Pour mixture over hot fettuccine; toss until fettuccine is coated.
