Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/3 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. coarse salt (coating for outside)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for dough)
Method
- Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a large bowl.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Stir in sugar and salt.
- Add flour gradually (3 1/2 cups) until stiff dough forms.
