Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 c. hot cooked noodles
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) can sliced pimentos, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimentos, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper in 2-quart container.
  • Cover loosely and microwave on Medium (50%) for 10 minutes; stir.
  • Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine.
  • Sprinkle evenly over tuna mixture.
  • Microwave uncovered 4 to 7 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
