Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 lb. meat
- 1 1/2 c. water
- mashed taters
Method
- Stir soup mix into water in a 2 cup measuring cup.
- Use 1/2 cup and blend into ground meat.
- Shape meat into a big "O" in skillet.
- Cut into 6 wedges but leave in a circle.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over and cover.
- Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Spoon taters into skillet in globs and
- drizzle juice over the taters.
