Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Blend well.
- Arrange by half teaspoon at least 2 inches apart on heavy cookie sheet or on foil.
- Bake until lightly browned. Cool slightly.
- As soon as firm enough remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 90.
- Oven set at 375°.
