Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken, cut in pieces
- 6 Tbsp. oil, butter or margarine
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy French salad dressing
Method
- Remove the skin from all chicken parts.
- Lightly brown the chicken and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Combine other ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes more.
- Serves 4 to 6.
