Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. dried beef
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried onion
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Chop dried beef fine.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Mix all ingredients, reserving some chopped dried beef to cover outside of ball.
- Shape in a ball and roll in reserved beef.
- Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
