Ingredients
- 2 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. diced cheese (Velveeta)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Add cheese, flour, sugar, salt and pepper to corn.
- Beat eggs; add to corn mixture.
- Heat milk and butter; pour into mixture. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
