Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all above ingredients together.
- Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups).
- Pour melted butter on top (1/2 stick).
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
