Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 tsp. liquid noncalorie sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (3 oz.)

Method

  • Cream butter, egg, liquid sweetener and vanilla.
  • Blend well. Add dry ingredients and beat well.
  • Stir in one of the variations and drop by level teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Makes about 36 cookies.
  • Keeps better if refrigerated.
