Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 can cream
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. sugar (powdered or granulated)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 graham crackers, rolled into crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Method
- Chill cream overnight in refrigerator.
- Mix Jell-O and water. Cool.
- Pour cream into a large bowl; beat until it is like whipped cream, then add mixture of cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Add Jell-O, which should be slightly jelled.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
- Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
