- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- yellow food coloring (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
- Pour into crust; bake for 30 minutes.
- Chill.
- Spread with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
