Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 cup fine dry white bread crumbs
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 large egg

Method

  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Shape mixture into twenty 1 half inch meatballs.
  • Place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2" or on a rack in broiler pan.
  • Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
