Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Pour salmon and juice into a bowl.
- Add milk and bread crumbs. Mix well.
- Add egg, onion, salt and chili powder.
- Mix. Pour into well greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, until center is firm.
