Ingredients
- 1 lb. or 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 apples, finely diced
- 2 oranges or 2 cans mandarin oranges, finely diced
- 1 c. diced pecans
- 2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Method
- Grind cranberries (save juice).
- Drain all juice from pineapple and add to cranberry juice.
- Add enough water to make 2 cups to dissolve jello in.
- (Heat liquid, dissolve jello, then cool jello liquid in fridge before adding to relish.)
- Mix all together and keep in fridge.
- Do not freeze.
- Will keep for about a month.
