Ingredients

  • 200 grams Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

Method

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 to 8 pieces.
  • Put in water in a sauce pan and start to boil.
  • Check with a skewer and drain if it is done.
  • Mash the potato with a potato masher.
  • Add the combined [A] ingredients and mix well for about 1 minute.
  • Make balls (about 2 cm diameter) with the potato.
  • Deep-fry the potato balls over a medium heat until golden brown about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
