- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli (do not overcook)
- 2 to 3 c. cooked turkey, diced or sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- In a
- flat Pyrex dish put a layer of broccoli and then a layer of turkey.
- Prepare sauce by mixing remaining ingredients.
- Pour sauce over broccoli and turkey.
- Top with bread crumbs and margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- This can be made ahead of time and heated.
