Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli (do not overcook)
  • 2 to 3 c. cooked turkey, diced or sliced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • In a
  • flat Pyrex dish put a layer of broccoli and then a layer of turkey.
  • Prepare sauce by mixing remaining ingredients.
  • Pour sauce over broccoli and turkey.
  • Top with bread crumbs and margarine.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • This can be made ahead of time and heated.
