Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- little onion, diced up
- 1 c. mayo or salad dressing
- little parsley
Method
- Cut the white of the egg up into the cream cheese and salad dressing.
- Keep the egg yolk separate and mix all the rest together.
- After that's done, smash the egg yolk and sprinkle on top.
- If you want a big dish, use 8 ounces cream cheese and 2 hard-boiled eggs.
