- 2 medium baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- paprika
Method
- Lightly grease shallow baking pan. Cut potatoes into 8 lengthwise wedges.
- Brush with oil.
- Place wedges spaced slightly apart in baking pan.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 35 minutes at 400°.
- Serves 4.
