Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 cup brown sugar

  • 34 cup milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • mix togather dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Beat together egg, milk, oils, butter.
  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into it.
  • Using a large spoon or spatula combine the ingredients.
  • Quit stiring as soon as the dry ingredients are moistened.The batter should be lumpy not smooth.
  • spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
