- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 minced clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. dried garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. sweet marjoram
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 lb. pasta or egg noodles
Method
- 1. Dredge chicken in flour.
