Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless chuck steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce
  • Lowfat sour cream and chives

Method

  • In medium skillet, heat oil and brown beef; drain.
  • Add in water and simmer, covered, 25 min or possibly till beef is tender.
  • Bring to the boiling point; add in remaining ingredients, continue cooking but don't boil, stirring occasionally, 7 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
