Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread (I use Brick Oven)
- 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese
- 8 oz. Blue cheese
- 1 lb. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 boxes frozen asparagus spears, thawed
Method
- Cream the cheeses.
- Cut crust off bread. Roll out bread, flattening with a rolling pin.
- Spread cheese on bread.
- Place one asparagus spear on the bread and roll it as for a jelly roll. Next, roll in melted butter and freeze.
- Cut each log into 3 or 4 sections. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
