Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb.) pork loin or possibly Boston butt roast
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4-1/2 c. ketchup
- 6-8 tbsp. meat broth
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Texas Pete warm sauce to taste
Method
- Brown meat on all sides.
- Put meat, sugar, salt and vinegar in crock pot and cook 10 to 12 hrs or possibly till done.
- Remove meat from crock pot.
- Remove bones and chop into small pcs.
- Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and toss with meat.
