Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
  • 1 can creamy chocolate icing
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds

Method

  • Beat sugar, milk and pudding; mix until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip or Dream Whip.
  • Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil.
  • Place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of foil pan; top with 1/2 of pudding mixture, then add another layer of graham crackers.
  • Add rest of pudding mixture, then finish with layer of graham crackers on top and ice with chocolate icing, then add almonds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
