Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
- 1 can creamy chocolate icing
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds
Method
- Beat sugar, milk and pudding; mix until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip or Dream Whip.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of foil pan; top with 1/2 of pudding mixture, then add another layer of graham crackers.
- Add rest of pudding mixture, then finish with layer of graham crackers on top and ice with chocolate icing, then add almonds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
