Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
  • 8 pieces Green Onion, Sliced
  • 6 ounces, weight Sunflower Seeds
  • 6 ounces, weight Slivered Almonds
  • 2 cans Hard Chinese Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cups Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 8 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons Accent (found In Spice Section)

Method

  • Combine oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar and accent spice. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Mix lettuce, green onion, sunflower seeds and rice noodles in a large salad bowl. Just before serving, pour on dressing and toss gently with slivered almonds.
