Ingredients
- 2-1/2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
- 8 pieces Green Onion, Sliced
- 6 ounces, weight Sunflower Seeds
- 6 ounces, weight Slivered Almonds
- 2 cans Hard Chinese Rice Noodles
- 1 cup Oil
- 3/4 cups Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 8 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 5 Tablespoons Accent (found In Spice Section)
Method
- Combine oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar and accent spice. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Mix lettuce, green onion, sunflower seeds and rice noodles in a large salad bowl. Just before serving, pour on dressing and toss gently with slivered almonds.
