Ingredients
- 3 c. canned, pitted sour red cherries, drained
- 1/2 c. cherry juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in pastry-lined pan and dot with butter.
- Put on top crust, turn under edges and seal.
- Prick crust.
- Bake at 425° for 45 to 50 minutes.
