Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with 1 cup corn flake crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
