Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine, room temperature
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. each: lemon and vanilla flavorings
- 6 eggs
Method
- Combine margarine, sugar and cream cheese; beat until very fluffy.
- Add eggs, 2 at a time, along with one cup flour, beating after each addition until very smooth.
- Add flavorings and beat mixture again.
- Bake in tube or Bundt pan, greased and floured first.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
