Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 c. vegetable oil for frying
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Method
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chops.
- Roll in flour and coat evenly.
- Dip into mixture of egg.
- Roll generously in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil (oil temperature should be 320° to 350°) to beautiful brown.
