Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh cranberries (can be frozen), washed and stemmed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
- 1 large pkg. or 2 small lemon Jell-O
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Chop cranberries in food processor and place in large bowl. Pour 1 cup sugar over cranberries. Pour crushed pineapple over sugar and cranberries.
- Set aside.
