Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. onion
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix cheese and margarine at room temperature.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Add onion, broccoli and eggs, that have been beaten. Mix all of this very well.
- Next, blend in the bread mixes and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. The bread should be done but not hard.
- It will be a little soft in the center.
