Ingredients
- 6 single chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 6 (4 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken)
Method
- Arrange chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
- Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken and cheese.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions and place on top of soup layer.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.
