Ingredients

  • 6 single chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 6 (4 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken)

Method

  • Arrange chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken and cheese.
  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions and place on top of soup layer.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.
