Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup each: hot water and whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 4 turkey scallopini
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. corn starch

Method

  • MIX stuffing mix with butter, hot water, whole berry cranberry sauce and orange rind; let stand 5 minutes to soften.
  • DIVIDE stuffing among turkey scallopini, spreading over surface.
  • Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  • HEAT oil in frypan over medium-high heat; brown rolls on all sides.
  • Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is cooked.
  • Remove rolls and toothpicks.
  • MIX cranberry sauce, orange juice and cornstarch until smooth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • SLICE rolls; drizzle sauce on top.
