Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- 1 to 2 pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 to 2 c. hot water
- 1 2/3 c. cola beverage
Method
- Empty the gelatin into a bowl.
- Add the hot water and stir into gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the cola beverage. Chill in the freezer or in pail of ice water until gelatin mixture is slightly thicker than consistency of thick unbeaten egg whites. If chilled in refrigerator, stir occasionally.
- If chilled over ice and water, stir frequently.
