Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- garlic to taste
- onion to taste
- bread crumbs
- basil (if available)
Method
- Dip each cutlet in egg first, then in bread crumbs. Fry each cutlet in hot olive oil.
