Ingredients
- 8 to 10 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 15 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook spaghetti according to package; drain.
- Stir butter into hot spaghetti until melted.
- Stir in grated cheese and eggs.
- Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 8 x 12-inch pan.
- Spread cottage cheese over crust.
