Ingredients
- 32 oz. cranberries
- 4 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. sugar
Method
- Boil berries in water until all berries have popped.
- Mash through colander, discarding pulp.
- Add sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour into pan and freeze, cutting through mixture 2 or 3 times as it sets up.
- Serve in sherbet cups.
- Great at Thanksgiving with turkey meal.
