Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 onions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 2 cans tomato juice
- 1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 12 oz. can tomato juice
Method
- Chop onions and brown with hamburg; drain.
- Cook noodles for 5 minutes; drain.
- Mix hamburg, noodles, soup and cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour tomato juice over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then turn oven to 300° for 30 minutes more.
- Stir and serve.
