Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- salt to taste
Method
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Mix together all other ingredients except crabmeat.
- Add cream cheese; mix well. Add crabmeat; mix gently.
- Chill and serve with crackers.
