Ingredients
- 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 bananas, cut in chunks
Method
- Combine fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and pineapple in a bowl.
- Add pudding mix, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice; mix all together.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in bananas.
