Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 12 or more graham crackers, crushed

Method

  • Melt butter, add butterscotch chips and stir until melted over low heat.
  • Beat egg well.
  • Add sugar, marshmallows and nuts to egg.
  • Add egg mixture to butter mixture, stir well.
  • Place mixture on crushed graham crackers and work and roll to form a long log-like roll.
  • (It's easier to form 2.) Chill and slice.
