Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 egg
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 12 or more graham crackers, crushed
Method
- Melt butter, add butterscotch chips and stir until melted over low heat.
- Beat egg well.
- Add sugar, marshmallows and nuts to egg.
- Add egg mixture to butter mixture, stir well.
- Place mixture on crushed graham crackers and work and roll to form a long log-like roll.
- (It's easier to form 2.) Chill and slice.
