Ingredients
- 9 oz. crab meat, cooked
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- black pepper to taste
- dash of seasoned salt
- dash of Tabasco
Method
- Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
- Chill before serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Less than 1 gram of fat per serving and 79 calories per serving.
- Looks pretty served on a lettuce leaf or use as a stuffing for tomatoes.
- Also good as a spread on crackers or a sandwich.
