- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons
Method
- Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth.
- Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion, cheese and pimento.
- Stir. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations.
- Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into center and pull four corners of dough to center and seal.
- Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with crushed croutons.
- Bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
